Salve a tutti, condivido con voi il grosso disagio che la nascente sezione Rust sta in queste ore subendo. In circa 2 settimane di gioco, abbiamo subito diverse volte lo stesso trattamento, ovvero server down per diverse ore in attesa di qualche aggiornamento. Ultimo episodio riporta la caduta del nostro server per un aggiornamento il 21 Gennaio alle ore 03 del mattino, da allora tutto tace. Nonostante io abbia inviato 4 tickets , scritto email sia al responsabile amministrativo che a quello tecnico, ad ora non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta. Il disagio investe a pieno la sezione di Rust. I players che il nostro responsabile di sezione ErZioTom era riuscito a mettere insieme stanno migrando verso altri servers , capirete che giustificare 34 ore di inattività non è cosa facile. Io mi auguro che tali disagi siano prerogativa dei soli servers Rust, in quanto server alpha, diversamente consiglierei di rivedere futuri rapporti commerciali con ClanForge che, nonostante il gran nome, sta dimostrando poca professionalità nella gestione dell'help desk.

This is due to a disk failure in the machine of which your server is hosted on. We apologise for the downtime and hope to have this resolved today.

Hardware Issues

We are currently seeing some hardware issues on our 'lax43' and 'mil12' machines. We're investigating and hope to have services restored soon.

Apologies for the inconvenience to customers hosted on these machines. We'll update this news post as we progress this repair.

Update @ 00:15: lax43 is now restored and online with a replacement hard drive. All customer data has been restored with no loss. Please contact support if you still have any issues with your services on lax43. Apologies for the interruption to services on this machine.
