devo restituire un oggetto su ebay, contattato il venditore mi ha scritto che è tutto ok, però devo fare questi passaggi che io non mi ritrovo sul mio ebay, forse xchè con i traduttori online non si capisce un tubo, aiutatemi a risolvere il dilemma grazie.
To request a return:
Go to My eBay. You may be asked to sign in.
Click Won.
Next to your listing, select Return this item from the pull-down menu.
Select "I want to return an item" and click Continue.
The "Return an item" form appears.
Review the next page and click Request return.
Then you have to wait for seller to accept your return request.
After the seller has accepted your request, you can prepare postage right away and click Continue.
Post the item to the seller.

forse se vai su [Only Registered Users Can See Links] trovi l'italiano invece del ebay.com che è internazionale!

Contatta il venditore utilizzando la funzione Contatta il venditore che trovi all’interno dell’inserzione o de Il mio eBay. Ricorda al venditore i dettagli dell’acquisto e chiedigli se puoi ottenere un rimborso. Se il venditore non risponde all’email, chiamalo al telefono dopo aver richiesto le sue informazioni di contatto.

Questo dice l'assistenza ebay ... quindi devi scrivere al venditore tramite la procedura ed aspettare ke lui ti risponda, come ti ha scritto il tuo venditore < Then you have to wait for seller to accept your return request. > una volta ke il venditore ha accetato la tua rikiesta puoi preparare la spedizione e cliccare su continua < After the seller has accepted your request, you can prepare postage right away and click Continue > Dopo puoi inviare l'articolo al venditore ...
