Prenotarsi attivamente come PRESENTE o RISERVA sul FORUM per gli EVENTI è fondamentale per l'effettiva organizzazione degli eventi.
E’ necessario prenotarsi di fatto o come riserva entro 2 ORE dall’inizio dell’evento, salvo dove specificato diversamente, eventuali ritardi su prenotazioni saranno considerate nulle. E’ possibile cambiare lo stato della propria prenotazione, purchè il primo post di prenotazione sia stato pubblicato entro 2 ORE dall’inizio dell’evento. É possibile esprimere preferenza di ruolo durante la prenotazione all’evento, rimane tuttavia al TL presente in missione il compito/diritto di assegnare i ruoli, tenendo conto di richieste, abilità personali ed esperienza.
Chi non prenota specifico ruolo si rimetterà alla decisione del TL la sera stessa, in caso di prenotazioni multiple sullo stesso ruolo si andrà a rotazione.
L'importanza delle prenotazioni è direttamente collegata alla qualità dell'evento: gestire le persone nelle squadre, creazione piano di missione, organizzare la maglia radio, gestire i ritardatari è uno stress costante, sapere chi c'è e non c'è con lauto anticipo aiuta notevolmente gli organizzatori e velocizza i tempi morti. Avere invece persone che arrivano all'ultimo poco prima della missione, già in missione o mentre si fà da ZEUS o da TL è un fattore di disturbo e di solito bisogna interrompere l'attività e pensare a come gestire la situazione. Vi invitiamo a prenotarvi quantomeno come riserve, per poi eventualmente cambiare in presente quando e se si è disponibili.
Quando la sessione di gioco è attiva ovvero, i players sono nel server con task force radio attiva, è TASSATIVO per chi effettui un join in progress, si riconnetta in seguito a un crash o debba assentarsi prima della fine della missione

Il server di gioco è a disposizione di tutti per tutte le più svariate sperimentazioni.
Le serate di gioco UFFICIALI sono MARTEDI' e GIOVEDI', ciononostante il server è a disposizione 24/7 e chiunque può provare ad organizzare delle serate improvvisate anche nei giorni non ufficiali.
Se si desidera creare delle missioni con editor sono disponibili degli Starter Pack in teamspeak nel file browser del canale logistica, utilizzabili da chiunque con moduli ed impostazioni di missione già implementati con solo lo scenario di fondo da aggiungere.
E' CATEGORICO assumere un comportamento DISCIPLINATO in teamspeak e in gioco in ogni serata ufficiale.
Le relazioni con gli ospiti vanno perseguite col massimo rispetto a prescindere dal contesto, nelle MULTICLAN parlano solo TL e SCOUT nella fase organizzativa.
